Become a switchgear expert with Capital

Get a hands-on, practical grounding in switchgear products, in a
collaborative and supportive environment – and qualify as an electrician.

Join our apprenticeship programme and work on real projects, guided by our senior team, in a hybrid mix of theory and practical learning. As an apprentice, you’ll progress through four on-the-job and three off-the-job phases through SOLAS – the state agency building a world-class further education and training sector. Once qualified, you’ll have the chance to join the team at Capital.
