Since our beginnings in 2012, we have prioritised sustainable profit growth, employee well-being, and mental health. This is supported by transparent communication through Townhall meetings, toolbox talks, and quarterly social activities.
In 2024 and again in 2025, Capital was awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Medal, recognising our continued commitment to improving our sustainability performance and responsible business practices.
Building on this progress, we are enhancing our waste and energy monitoring systems and undertaking Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) across key product lines to better understand and reduce environmental impacts throughout the product lifecycle. These initiatives support our long-term sustainability strategy and our commitment to continuous improvement.
Our ultimate goal is to reduce our carbon footprint and achieve carbon neutrality for Scope 2 emissions by 2030 and for Scope 1 emissions by 2050, supporting a more sustainable future for our operations, our customers, and the industries we serve.
